Fixed CNC cabinets: H1000, H1200 and mobile options
A fixed CNC tool cabinet suits a tool crib where holders are issued and returned rather than carried — BT-40 is the most common interface on general machining centres, and both the H1000 and H1200 frames here are built around fitted racks sized to it, with BT-30, BT-50, HSK-40 and HSK-63 also available. The mobile H1000 and H1300 lines use the same rack principle on castors, for shops that want the cabinet at the machine rather than at a separate crib.
Sizing a CNC tool cabinet
H1000 and H1200 refer to cabinet height in millimetres; the taller H1200 frame takes more drawers in the same footprint, useful where floor space is limited but the tool count is not. Every drawer holds tapers in individual pockets, not loose — the point of CNC storage rather than a general-purpose drawer is exactly this: one trapped chip on an unprotected taper shows up as runout at the spindle, and a knocked or rusted taper can scrap a part outright.
