CNC trolleys vs fixed cabinets
A CNC trolley carries the tooling to the machine rather than the other way round. Where a fixed CNC cabinet suits a tool crib with issue and return, a mobile trolley suits a single CNC cell or a machine that changes tooling often through a shift — bring the tray to the spindle instead of walking back and forth. All three lines here (ENR-12, ENS-1, ENS-3) run on the same 4-inch PU castors rated to 400kg, so the choice between them comes down to tray layout and finish, not load capacity.
Protecting the taper on a moving trolley
