Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which we quote, supply and deliver Tanko industrial storage in Malaysia.

This website is a catalogue, not a shop
Product pages on this site are for information and specification. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A binding order exists only once we have issued a written quotation and you have confirmed it in writing.
Quotations
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless the quotation itself states otherwise.
- All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit.
- Unit pricing, project pricing and delivery costs are itemised separately so you can see what you are paying for.
- Where a price appears on this website, it is indicative. The figure on your written quotation governs.
Orders and payment
- A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of order.
- The balance is payable before or on delivery, unless credit terms have been agreed with us in writing.
- Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Availability and lead times
We hold stock in Selangor for popular configurations, typically dispatched within 3 to 7 working days. Not every combination is stocked; configured and made-to-order items carry a lead time that we will confirm on your quotation.
Delivery
- Delivery is free within Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, and installation is included.
- Outstation delivery is charged separately and will be itemised on your quotation.
- Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed.
- Please inspect goods on delivery and note any visible transit damage on the delivery document.
Specifications
Dimensions, load ratings, finishes and included accessories are published as supplied by the manufacturer. Tanko may change specifications without notice, and photographs are illustrative. If a particular dimension or rating is critical to your application, ask us to confirm it in writing before you order.
Warranty and returns
Genuine Tanko products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, administered from our Selangor office. Full terms, including what is not covered and how to make a claim, are on our Returns & Warranty Policy page.
Use of this website
You may browse this site and download or print pages for your own business use. Please do not copy our product descriptions, specification tables or photographs for republication elsewhere without asking us first.
Trademarks
Tanko is a registered trademark of Tanko Enterprise Co., Ltd. Model numbers and product names are used here to identify genuine Tanko products that we are authorised to distribute in Malaysia.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always up to date. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
