Returns & Warranty Policy

1. Our position on returns

Primaxs Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd supplies heavy-duty TANKO equipment for factories, workshops and warehouses. Orders are confirmed against a quotation before production, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please review your quotation and specifications carefully before confirming an order.

2. 1-year product warranty

Every genuine TANKO product is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Within this period, if a product fails due to a manufacturing defect (not misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised modification), we will arrange, at our discretion:

• repair of the affected part or product; or
• replacement of the defective item or part; or
• a refund or credit note, where repair or replacement is not possible.

3. What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
• Structural or functional failure under normal, intended use.

4. What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, accident or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear, scratches or cosmetic ageing.
• Modification, repair or installation by unauthorised parties.
• Damage during transport after delivery has been accepted.

5. How to claim

1. Message us on WhatsApp +60 12-616 3088 or email sales@storagesystem.my within the warranty period, with your order number, the item SKU, photos and a short description of the fault.
2. We will assess the claim and advise on the next step — typically collection, repair or replacement.
3. Once resolved, we will confirm the outcome in writing.
