The EKC tilt out bins cart
EKC is a mobile cart built around tilt-out bins rather than drawers — each bin tips forward for full visibility of its contents, similar in principle to the smaller Tilt Out Bin parts cabinets but scaled up to cart size with 64 configurations covering different bin counts and layouts. It suits picking stations where the same small parts get pulled repeatedly through a shift, and where a drawer would need to be fully opened just to see what is inside.
Choosing an EKC configuration
With 64 variants, the choice comes down to bin count and cart footprint rather than features — every configuration shares the same tilt-out mechanism and mobile frame. A denser bin layout suits a fixed picking station with many small part numbers; fewer, larger bins suit a cart that also carries bigger components between the store and the line.
Primaxs holds Malaysia stock for popular EKC configurations at our Seri Kembangan warehouse, with 3–7 working days on stocked items and free delivery and installation in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. Every cart carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, administered locally rather than shipped back to Taiwan.
EKC shares its tilt-out principle with the smaller Tilt Out Bin parts cabinets, scaled up from a single unit to a full cart of bins — useful where a picking station needs more part numbers within reach than one cabinet can hold. Outstation delivery, including East Malaysia and Singapore, is quoted separately from the free Selangor and Kuala Lumpur service.
