Mould Rack (3 columns) — Malaysia

The MB-3 mould rack extends the MB-2 frame to three columns, W3116mm, with the same 1000kg-per-shelf pull-out shelves adjustable in 50mm steps, finished blue. It comes as a 9-shelf version (MB-309) or a 12-shelf version (MB-312), each also available with a fitted hoist rail rated to 500kg (MB-3091, MB-3121) that adds clearance height for lifting equipment.

Like the 2-column version, each shelf runs on an omni ball transfer unit and locks out with a safety pin once extended, so heavy moulds can be rolled into position and secured rather than lifted and carried. Choosing between the 2- and 3-column rack is mainly a question of floor space against shelf count — the 3-column frame holds more per row at the same aisle width.

It suits injection moulding, die-casting and toolrooms with a larger mould inventory than the 2-column rack can hold. Stock is held in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, with 3–7 working days on stocked items; free delivery and installation apply in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, with outstation delivery charged and itemised on the quote, and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects administered locally.
