Mould Rack (2 columns) — Malaysia

The MB-2 mould rack is a two-column steel storage frame, finished blue, with pull-out shelves rated to 1000kg each and adjustable in 50mm steps. It comes in a 6-shelf version (MB-206) or an 8-shelf version (MB-208), each also available with a fitted hoist rail rated to 500kg (MB-2061, MB-2081) for lifting heavy moulds on and off the shelf with a hoist rather than by hand.

Each shelf runs on an omni ball transfer unit, so a heavy mould can be rolled rather than dragged into position, and a safety pin locks it once extended so it cannot run back in under load. The hoist rail versions stand taller — H2385mm against H2000mm — to give clearance for the lifting equipment.

It suits injection moulding and die-casting operations storing moulds and dies too heavy to lift by hand.
