Stainless Steel Perforated Board — Malaysia

The KQ-306AS is a perforated board panel made from #304 stainless steel rather than painted mild steel, sized W900 x H450mm. It takes the full range of Tanko hooks and hangers on the same hole pitch as the standard KQ-3 board, but resists corrosion, wipes clean and tolerates repeated washdown — properties painted steel cannot match.

It is specified where hygiene or corrosion resistance matters more than cost: food and beverage production, pharmaceutical and laboratory environments, and coastal or humid sites where a painted board would eventually rust. Fitted with hanger hooks it takes the same accessories as any other perforated board in the range.

It uses the same hole pitch as the painted KQ-3 range, so a workshop upgrading part of a tool wall to stainless steel does not need to replace hooks already in use elsewhere. The higher unit cost is generally justified only where washdown, chemical exposure or a hygiene audit make it necessary.
