Document trays for the desk, not the drawer
A document tray sits on top of a desk or workbench for paperwork that gets picked up and put down all shift — work orders, inspection sheets, incoming travellers — rather than filed away in a drawer. Where a documents cabinet organises paperwork for the medium term, a tray is for the pile that is still in use.
The TOA-14 document tray
TOA-14 is made of ABS rather than painted steel, light enough to move between desks and resistant to the knocks a filing drawer would show as dents. Supporting poles let one tray stack on top of another, so a single desk can hold in-tray, out-tray and pending without spreading across the surface. Each tray holds roughly 400 sheets of A4 paper, and colour-coded labels identify the stack at a glance.
