The ED-7031-22MN is a mobile CNC tool cabinet measuring W718xD792xH994mm, configured with 2 tool drawers for BT-40 holders. Every taper sits in its own pocket rather than loose in a general drawer, which is the difference between a ground surface that still runs true in year three and one that has been quietly chipped by its neighbours.

Capacity is set by the 718mm-wide, 759mm-deep ED body: the drawer trays hold 46 BT-30, 39 BT-40, 23 BT-50, or 46 HSK-40 or 23 HSK-63. The upper tray adds a further 52 BT-40 or 72 BT-30. Drawers are rated at 100kg each, or 200kg on the deeper T drawers that carry the larger tapers.

Being mobile, it goes to the machine instead of making the operator walk to the tool crib and back for every changeover.
